Refund policy
Blaze Kingdom Initiative (“BKI”) provides professional consulting, branding, creative, educational, workshop, musician-development, booking, and related services.
Because many BKI services involve reserved time, customized strategy, creative labor, digital deliverables, preparation, research, planning, or work performed specifically for a client, payments may be non-refundable once services have been scheduled or work has begun, except where a written agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
- GENERAL NO-REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all payments for BKI services are final and non-refundable once the applicable service has been scheduled, reserved, commenced, or delivered.
This may include deposits, consultation fees, project payments, workshop registration fees, booking fees, creative-service payments, and other fees associated with BKI services.
- CONSULTATIONS
Consultation fees reserve BKI’s time for the scheduled appointment.
If a consultation is cancelled or rescheduled within the time period specified at booking, BKI may permit one rescheduling subject to availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Any crediting of a consultation fee toward a larger BKI project will be governed by the specific offer or written agreement under which the credit was provided.
- BRANDING AND CREATIVE PROJECTS
Creative services may include logo design, branding, graphic design, promotional materials, digital content, creative direction, marketing materials, website-related creative services, and other customized work.
Once BKI has begun work on a project, payments for work already performed are non-refundable.
Deposits or initial project payments may be non-refundable because they reserve production time and initiate project planning, research, creative development, or other work.
- PROJECT CANCELLATIONS
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for fees associated with work already completed, time reserved, approved expenses, third-party costs, and other obligations established by the applicable project agreement.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund or retained payment will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
- CLIENT DELAYS
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, materials, approvals, content, photographs, brand assets, feedback, access, and other items reasonably necessary to complete a project.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, lack of communication, or other client-controlled circumstances may extend the project timeline.
Extended delays may require additional fees if they create substantial additional work or require BKI to reallocate reserved production time.
- REVISIONS
The number of revisions included in a creative project will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.
A revision does not include a complete change of direction or replacement of an approved concept unless otherwise agreed.
- WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
Workshop and event registration fees are generally non-refundable once registration has been completed.
If BKI cancels or materially changes a workshop or event, BKI may provide a rescheduling option, credit, or refund when appropriate.
Specific workshop cancellation terms may be provided during registration.
- BOOKINGS AND PERFORMANCE SERVICES
Bookings involving Justin “Jus Blaze” Dixon, musicians, bands, workshops, speaking engagements, church engagements, private events, or other live services may require a separate booking agreement.
The applicable booking agreement controls cancellation deadlines, deposits, travel expenses, musician fees, production costs, and other booking-specific terms.
- THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Printing, advertising, venue fees, travel, lodging, equipment rentals, musicians, production services, software, licensing, shipping, vendor fees, and other third-party expenses may be non-refundable once committed or paid.
- EXCEPTIONS
BKI may, at its discretion, provide a partial refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other accommodation in circumstances where BKI determines that doing so is appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
- AGREEMENT CONTROLS
If a signed proposal, service agreement, booking agreement, invoice, or other written contract contains terms that conflict with this general policy, the specific written agreement will control for that transaction.
